Refund policy

We hope you adore your gift box, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • How to Start a Return: Please email us at theboxnco@yahoo.com before sending anything back. We’ll provide next steps.

  • Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable method, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return otherwise.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping charges).

  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/custom boxes, perishable goods, and personal care items (such as teas, lotions, or opened candles) cannot be returned for safety reasons.

  • Damaged/Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with photos within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
